His practice covers mergers and acquisitions, international tax structuring, private equity investments and multi-jurisdictional corporate reorganizations.

Partner – Head of Investment Management Practice
Marc Lenaers leads the firm’s investment funds practice, advising global asset managers and fund service providers on the structuring, operation and restructuring of a wide range of regulated and unregulated investment funds. His expertise covers private equity, real estate, hedge funds, debt funds, venture capital and funds of funds, with a particular focus on alternative investment funds and cross-border investment structures. As a fully qualified lawyer, he also represents international and domestic clients in complex fund litigation matters.

Grégory Piavent is a member of the firm’s corporate transactions practice and advises international corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures, as well as on banking and structured finance transactions, including securitisation.
He is also a member of the firm’s global compliance, regulatory and investigations practice, advising corporate groups and financial institutions on anti-money laundering, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, ESG and sustainability regulation, governance and regulatory licensing.

Nessym Jules Tir leads the firm’s global compliance, regulatory and investigations practice.
