Nessym Jules Tir is the partner of Wolff & Partners SCS leading the firm’s global compliance, regulatory & investigations practice. Nessym has 20 years of experience advising corporate, wealth management and credit institutions on ad hoc or complex global compliance and regulatory matters, including compliance programs, anti-money laundering and international sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption matters, internal and regulatory investigations, data protection regulations, and regulatory licensing applications. Before joining Wolff & Partners, Nessym was an attorney in the Luxembourg offices of a global international law firm, served as head of regulatory compliance of a major Private Bank in Monaco, and held senior in-house compliance positions at Paris based asset managers and banks. Nessym holds a Ph.D. in law (2019) and is a graduate of Ecole Nationale d’Administration – INSP (Master in risk management, 2007). Nessym is admitted as avocat à la Cour in Paris and avocat (liste IV) in Luxembourg.
