Omar Shehabi joined Wolff & Partners SCS in 2018 and is a partner of the firm dealing primarily with the firm’s private clients. He is Australian-qualified (New South Wales) and holds a master in international business law from IE University (Madrid), servicing private clients on a wide array of matters including international tax and strategy, corporate, investment, and securitization transactions, structured financing, transfer pricing, contracts, and domiciliation. He is solution oriented and has worked on both common law and civil law matters in various jurisdictions including Australia, Malaysia, and Luxembourg, drawing from a diverse background that also includes civil litigation, dispute resolution, and criminal law.
