Marc Lenaers is the partner of Wolff & Partners SCS leading the firm’s investment funds practice. Marc has over 16 years of experience in providing strategic advice to global asset managers on a wide range of investment vehicles and strategies, including private equity, real estate, hedge funds, debt funds, venture capital and funds of funds, and in advising European and U.S. fund service providers in setting up, operating and restructuring regulated and unregulated investment funds, with a focus on alternative investment funds. Before joining Wolff & Partners, Marc was an attorney in the Luxembourg offices of a leading international offshore law firm, and served as head of legal fund engineering at a major Luxembourg bank. Marc is a graduate of UCLouvain (Master in Law, magna cum laude, 2005) and completed the Sustainable Business Strategy program at Harvard Business School (2022). Marc is admitted as avocat à la Cour in Luxembourg.
