Gregory Piavent is a senior managing associate at Wolff & Partners SCS and a member of the corporate transactions practice. Gregory joined Wolff &Partners in 2017. He advises international corporate clients in structuring and implementing multi-jurisdictional corporate, banking and financing, and investment transactions. Before joining Wolff & Partners, Gregory was head of legal and compliance at a Scandinavian private bank and then deputy head of legal at a Luxembourg private bank and was, from 2000 to 2007, a lawyer and an attorney in the structured finance teams of leading international law firms in Paris (with a secondment in London) and Luxembourg, focusing on securitization, structured finance, debt capital markets and bank lending. Gregory holds a master in business law from Université Paris Cité (1999). He is admitted as avocat à la Cour in Paris (2001) (Inactive).
